OMG best ribs ever are at a Restaurant in Algos, Portugal. They appear to be grilled and meat falls off the bone which I can't work out for a grilled rib but best of all is the drizzle of vinegar, garlic and lemon juice on them. They are to die for and my mouth is watering. I've tried asking for the recipe but there's a bit of a language barrier! This is my best guess at the recipe.
