If you just plain love ribs, then I suggest that ya'all go the Old #7 Saloon in Palmyra, Il. It is a very large rack of babybacks that have been slow cooked to perfection. His very own barbecue is basted and carmalized to the meat but not so much that it takes away from the distinct rub that creates a wonderful bark. You just gotta try em!!!
