I love this BBQ. The location I went to the most was the original (I think) in Syracuse NY. I have since moved to VA. I ALWAYS have a supply of their sauces, and most importantly the Cajun Foreplay rub. I put that stuff on everything, eggs, sandwiches, and of course my own slow smoked ribs.
The atmosphere is perfect, not only do they have badass hogs on the grill, they've got them in the parking lot too. The Dinosaur is definately a biker joint.
Don't let this "biker scene" scare off the faint of heart however! There is nothing like a pile of tasty BBQ to bring folks together. This is the only place in town where you can find a biker and a business suit, both bellied up to the bar for some beer n' BBQ.
